3 ways to shop at Hair-hub.com

1. Buy direct: Complete your purchase online by adding items to your shopping cart and just follow the checkout process.
2. Call or email: Items marked with “Ask for Price” and bulky items such as salon machines and salon furniture cannot be ordered online as they required special delivery methods.  To request for a quotation, please email us with your query.
3. Visit retail store:  We welcome you to visit our retail store.  To help us prepare for your visit, please call ahead if you have anything specific in mind as not all the items in our online catalog are carried in our retail store.

Photographs and descriptions are provided as a guideline only, and may vary from goods supplied. You are encouraged to make your own enquiries to verify information provided or visit our showroom before your purchase. We will not be responsible for inaccuracies or errors caused by incorrect information supplied by us or suppliers or suppliers changing product specifications without notice.

* Credit card payments are processed via the Paypal payment gateway. You do not need a Paypal account to use the Paypal payment gateway. Please note that we are unable to accept credit card payments at the retail store.

# Please make payment to our bank account within 3 days of placing your order, otherwise your order will automatically be cancelled.

Back orders

Sometimes we offer merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our warehouse, or that has sold out and is being restocked. As a convenience, you can still order the back ordered items, and we'll ship them to you as soon as we can.

If your order contains a mix of in-stock items and backordered items, we will ship your entire order once the back ordered items come back into stock.
